When is the fee confirmed?
After you send an appointment request, a coordinator replies by email with the clinician, the time, and the fee for that visit before you are asked to accept.
Can one visit cover two concerns?
Often yes, if you name both in the notes so enough time is reserved. A long list may be split so each issue is heard properly.
What if I need to change the time?
Reply to the confirmation email as early as you can. We will offer another slot. Repeated late changes may need a new request.
Do these plans replace emergency care?
No. They are planned clinical conversations. Life-threatening problems belong with your local emergency service.
